1. About these terms

Floral Fantasy of Bay Ridge (“we,” “us” or “our”) is a family-owned florist at 9706 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11209. These Terms & Conditions apply to every order you place with us, whether on our website, by phone or in our shop, and to your use of our website.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Ordering

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order and authorized to use the payment card you provide. When you order online, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received your order.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including the funeral home or delivery address, the delivery date, the name of the deceased and the card message.

Custom arrangements are ordered by phone so we can talk through the design with you. Call us at (718) 238-6978.

We may decline an order, for example if the delivery address is outside our delivery area, an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we decline your order after you've paid, we'll contact you and refund the amount you paid.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price of each arrangement is shown on its product page. Sales tax, where it applies, and any delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept major credit cards online and by phone. Your card is charged when you place your order. Online payments are processed securely by our payment processor, and we don't store your full card number on our website.

4. Delivery

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by our own team. We deliver throughout the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island and New Jersey. If you're not sure whether we deliver to an address, call us before you order.

We deliver on the date you request at checkout. For funeral and memorial services, please include the funeral home and the viewing start time so we can plan the delivery around the service. Unless we've confirmed a delivery time with you by phone, we can't guarantee a specific time of day.

For same-day or time-sensitive orders, please call us at (718) 238-6978 to confirm that we can deliver in time.

Arrangements delivered to a funeral home, place of worship or other venue are left with its staff. For deliveries to a home or business, if no one is available, we may leave the arrangement with a doorman or neighbor or in a sheltered spot, or contact you to arrange another delivery.

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, traffic, road closures, or changes to a service's time or location.

5. Substitutions and appearance

Each arrangement is handmade, so no two are exactly alike. The photos on our website show the style and design of each piece, and the arrangement you receive may vary slightly.

If a flower or color isn't available because of the season, we'll substitute flowers of similar quality and value and keep the overall look and feel of the design. Containers, stands and accessories may also vary with availability.

6. Card messages

We'll include the card message you provide with your arrangement. Online card messages can be up to 150 characters. Please check names and spelling before you order. We may decline to include a message that is offensive or unlawful.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. Because our arrangements are perishable and made to order, we don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges. See our Refund Policy for full details, including how to ask for a change to your order.

8. Using our website

The photographs, text, logo and other content on this website belong to Floral Fantasy of Bay Ridge. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with how it works. We work to keep product information and prices accurate, but errors can happen, and we may correct them at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our website is provided “as is,” and we don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute related to these terms or an order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when they were last updated. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
